Ownerpack pricing options
The following pricing options are available to Ownerpack clients who purchase a home information pack (HIP) from an Ownerpack authorised agent:
Ownerpack Freehold HIP – this contains the legal minimum of Index, Energy Performance Certificate, Sales Statement, Land Registry Register Entry, Title Plan, Local Authority Searches and water/drainage enquiries. It will be supplied in hard copy (1 copy – wire bound) and will also be available as a downloaded PDF. A CD-ROM copy will not be supplied.
Ownerpack Leasehold HIP – this will contain the same information as the Standard Freehold HIP together with a copy of the lease and plan.
Prices are:
Standard HIP for a freehold registered title £301.50 (inc VAT)
Standard HIP for a leasehold registered title £353.25 (inc VAT)
Standard HIP freehold unregistered title £359.00 (inc VAT)
Standard HIP leasehold unregistered title £359.00 (inc VAT)
Standard HIP Deferred Payment registered title £359.00 (inc VAT)
Standard HIP Deferred Payment leasehold title £410.75 (inc VAT)
Charge for EPC only £50.00 (inc VAT)
The additional charge to cover the cost of legal work involved in researching the unregistered lease information is payable to the Ownerpack law firm instructed by Ownerpack to carry out the research. Should the client subsequently instruct the Ownerpack law firm to sell the property, the client will receive credit for the cost incurred towards the cost of the sales transaction. A deferred credit card payment cannot be offered on the additional cost of researching the unregistered freehold title or unregistered lease (£57.50 inc VAT).
Note: compulsory registration for all Leases came into effect in 1986 in the Braintree District. It is therefore likely that a Lease taken out after 1986 will be registered.
