Ownerpack launches to Property industry

The Ownerpack launch to estate agents brought together some of the regions most experienced property professionals.
With trials runs of its Home Information Pack (HIP) system already in place in a number of estate agent offices in the region, Ownerpack presented itself to the property industry on Tuesday April 17th. Held at Cressing Temple near Braintree, the event saw invited estate agents from across the North Essex/South Suffolk regions meet with the people behind the initiative to hear what it can offer them after the June 1st arrival of HIPs and to catch up on what has happened in trials of the HIPs product to date. There was also an opportunity for networking and general discussion on the challenges of the new legislation.
The event was attended by over 30 agents from across the region plus representatives of Holmes & Hills and Steed & Steed, the firms behind the Ownerpack initiative.
