Revised HIP costs for 2009

The following detail will help clarify the changes in Ownerpack HIP costs arising from a negotiated reduction in supplier costs and the VAT reduction introduced in December last year.
Standard HIP for a freehold registered title £264.50 (inc VAT)
Standard HIP for a leasehold registered title £316.25 (inc VAT)
Standard HIP freehold unregistered title £322.00 (inc VAT)
Standard HIP leasehold unregistered title £322.00 (inc VAT)
*Standard HIP Deferred Payment registered title £322.00 (inc VAT)
*Standard HIP Deferred Payment leasehold title £373.75 (inc VAT)
Charge for EPC only £57.50 (inc VAT)
