Obtaining a HIP
As a builder/developer you might choose, at the time of marketing the property, to compile a HIP yourself, use a third-party organisation to compile one on your behalf, or to sell the properties through an estate agent. Where the marketing is through an estate agent, the agent can arrange the HIP.
